About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete detailed construction document sets in AutoCAD
Provide elevations and built-in details for Model Homes
Assist with conceptual design, material selections, and furniture specifications
Coordinating projects with consultants, engineers, and field associates
Attend Model Home frame walks and installations as required
Stay abreast of current building codes and ADA requirements; attend industry trade shows

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5 years of Residential Drafting experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Willingness to learn additional program add-ons for AutoCAD
Knowledge of current Building and ADA codes preferred
Must possess initiative and be highly motivated
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional attitude
Strong work ethic, good communication, and interpersonal skills
Coping well under pressure and accepting constructive feedback
Moderate Regional travel may be required
