Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives
  • Translate executive vision into structured program plans
  • Identify interdependencies, risks, and obstacles across initiatives
  • Lead regular strategic program reviews with senior leadership
  • Drive accountability across workstreams
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Facilitate executive-level meetings and working sessions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for complex initiatives
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans
  • Champion change management principles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Information Technology, or related field
  • 7–10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering enterprise-wide programs
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Experience with program governance frameworks and structured delivery methodologies required
  • Exceptional ability to build executive-level presentations
  • Strong business acumen
  • Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency with program management tools and platforms: SharePoint, Power BI, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint
