About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation
- Travel to various communities, realtors’ offices, and other appropriate locations regularly to solicit new business and/or leads from home builders
- Conduct “First Time Homebuyer Seminars” to develop leads and build relationships
- Review leads daily and contact prospective customers via telephone and email for meetings
- Originate and prepare new loans in accordance with the guidelines of the Products and Policies manual
- Advise customers regarding various mortgage loan products based on individual needs
- Provide assistance to New Home Consultants on pre-qualifications of customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year college degree (preferred)
- Bilingual-Spanish
- At least three years of Loan Originating experience
- Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- NMLS License
