About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs
- Collaborate to develop tailored recruitment strategies for each role
- Utilize AI technology to identify, attract, and engage candidates
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition creation to onboarding
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including resume reviews and interviews
- Stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions

- Use data to track recruitment performance and optimize processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent preferred
- Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences
- Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.
