About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Company’s growth through outside sales activities and lead generation
- Travel to various communities, realtors’ offices, and other appropriate locations on a regular basis to solicit new business and/or leads
- Conduct “First Time Homebuyer Seminars” in communities
- Travel to and participate in builder and realtor functions, status meetings, and special events
- Meet with prospective/current customers, explain the Company’s offerings, and obtain loan applications
- Advise and recommend to the customer regarding various mortgage loan products
- Review leads daily and contact prospective customers via telephone and email
- Originate and prepare new loans in accordance with the “Loan Officer” agreement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Four-year college degree (preferred)
- Bilingual-Spanish
- At least three years of Loan Originating experience
- Ability to maintain flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend work
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- NMLS License
