About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct preliminary matter intake by gathering relevant facts and identifying legal issues
  • Perform basic legal research and assist in summarizing findings for litigation matters
  • Support the litigation hold process and maintain documentation
  • Prepare routine legal documents and administrative materials
  • Manage document organization, filing, and matter tracking
  • File legal documents and ensure compliance with filing requirements
  • Support attorneys with materials and logistics for hearings and meetings
  • Provide copies of executed documents to outside counsel and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Paralegal or Legal Assistant Associate Degree and/or paralegal certification
  • 1-5 years of Paralegal experience
  • Experience working across corporate departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal fluency in English
  • Impeccable organizational, time management, attention to detail, and proofreading skills
  • Self-starter: ability to independently resolve inquiries and issues
  • Ability to balance multiple projects with minimum supervision
  • Ability to maintain poise in a fast-paced environment
  • Must demonstrate discretion in handling highly confidential information
  • Team player who interacts well with co-workers, supervisors, and management.
