About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions
- Own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across Now Assist capabilities related to Platform, ITSM and HRSD
- Design scalable, upgrade-safe solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise standards
- Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance
- Integrate ServiceNow with large language models and third-party AI services
- Define and govern AI skill configurations, virtual agent flows
- Ensure data security, role-based access, and compliance
- Monitor AI feature performance and fine-tune agentic workflows
- Architect Agentic AI workflows to enable autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business leaders, product owners & enterprise architect
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and architecture experience
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of service management, business workflows, and enterprise systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
