About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and operationalize data engineering solutions for Lennar’s data and analytics platforms and products
  • Architect and implement ETL, ELT and streaming data ingestion processes across multiple sources
  • Improve data ingestion architecture focusing on data quality, maintainability, and extensibility
  • Define and Implement standards for analytics team, including code modularization, versioning, CI/CD workflows, and code reviews
  • Work collaboratively with business users and stakeholders to gather solution requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 8+ years of expertise in Data Architecture design
  • Proficient in Data modeling & Data warehousing concepts
  • Strong knowledge of Data transformations and standardizations
  • Experienced in ETL processes & strategies
  • Familiarity with Monitoring and error handling
  • Understanding of SDLC & workflow best practices
  • Code Reviews and QA/Testing methodologies
  • Minimum 3+ years of strong experience with AWS platforms (S3, EC2, EMR, EKS, Glue, Lambda, Cloudwatch)
  • Knowledge of Snowflake Data Cloud Account Administration
  • Proficient in SQL and Python
