About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey
- Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals
- Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, “Coming Soon” pages)
- Drive the end-to-end development of community marketing assets, including floorplans, renderings, and site plans
- Strategically manage ‘Modsys’ creation in partnership with Field Marketing to ensure consistent, branded experiences across touchpoints
- Manage and oversee ‘BoxBrownie’ virtual staging strategy and enhancement pipeline
- Manage, maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content
- Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy
- Conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third-party listing sites (e.g., RDC)
- Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches
- Develop and execute promotional messaging strategies across platforms and landing pages
- Monitor internal digital performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements
- Drive the process for QMI inventory accuracy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience is required
- Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator
- Computer skills and competencies are required
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required
- Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus
