About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Craft product vision and strategies across multiple Service Now Domains- HR Service Delivery and Employee Center Pro
  • Define strategy and problems to solve across the associate experience
  • Assess and drive feature prioritization through data and insights
  • Drive product lifecycle from ideation to deployment while cross collaborating with multiple teams
  • Build and define objectives and key results
  • Track and report out on business outcomes and measurements of success
  • Own and manage the product backlog
  • Provide business and functional requirements for tech implementations
  • Lead and empower agile project teams to deliver results in an efficient manner
  • Create an environment where Associates respect and adhere to Lennar’s three core values of quality, value, and integrity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years' relevant experience in product management (or related field), OR Master's degree and 3 years' relevant experience
  • Relevant work experience in a field emphasizing Human resources, Project Management, Product Management, and/or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience translating business problems into actionable business requirements for technology deliverables
  • Advanced skills in creating product roadmaps
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Workday Recruit
  • Knowledge of service delivery KPIs, such as time to resolution, deflection rates, and usage metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly in collaborating with HR and business leaders
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, capable of explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
