About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, manage, and execute cohesive multi-channel marketing strategies across 3–4 divisions
- Serve as the strategic link between division presidents, regional marketing leaders, sales executives, and corporate functions
- Support the Integrated Marketing Manager in aligning teams and executing plans
- Lead the development of creative briefs for key initiatives
- Oversee the integrated marketing calendar to maximize engagement
- Guide the development and localization of marketing assets
- Lead and partner with National strategy teams to interpret campaign performance
- Enforce brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and solution oriented
- Experience in home building or real estate is a plus
