Requirements

  • Experience working for a homebuilder in New Home Sales is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and maintain professionalism in associate, public relations, and Homeowner interactions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant sales management software
