About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey
  • Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals
  • Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion
  • Drive the end-to-end development of community marketing assets
  • Manage, maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content
  • Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy
  • Manage and conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third-party listing sites
  • Ensure accurate, brand-aligned representation of communities across all third-party platforms
  • Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience is required
  • Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator
  • Computer skills and competencies are required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required
  • Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus
