About the role

  • Lead and manage large-scale and high-impact data analytics projects
  • Lead the design, testing, creation, and roll out of new advanced data products
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Ensure alignment of projects with business goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations for business improvements based on self-generated insights
  • Identify opportunities, build, and leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging methodologies to accelerate analysis and enhance team productivity

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree beneficial)
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role
  • Proven track record of leading and managing complex and/or large-scale projects and initiatives
  • Confident with learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
  • Experience with a data transformation tool such as dbt
  • Advanced experience with data visualization tools
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools and a willingness to adopt emerging technologies
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organization
