About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify use cases for AI agent development
  • Build and configure AI agents ensuring integration with internal systems
  • Develop robust prompt engineering strategies and monitoring mechanisms for agents
  • Test, iterate and validate agent behavior under real-world conditions
  • Deploy agents into production environments and maintain them post-deployment
  • Ensure governance, compliance, security and ethical considerations are incorporated into agent design
  • Document agent specifications, workflow diagrams, user guides, and training materials
  • Stay current with AI/agent developments and bring best practices into the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics in AI or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
  • 2-4+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML development, or automation, with at least 1 year working with LLMs and conversational AI
  • Strong programming proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Proficient SQL skills for querying, transforming, and joining complex datasets
  • Understanding of AI agent concepts, LLMs, prompt engineering best practices, and orchestration frameworks
  • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS services or similar infrastructure
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
  • Proven ability to integrate disparate systems through APIs
  • Experience designing for production environments: scalability, reliability, monitoring, error-handling
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills
