About the role

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications with a strong emphasis on Next.js
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
  • Build scalable front-end interfaces using React and Next.js, and robust back-end services
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability across the stack
  • Contribute to the architecture and design of software systems
  • Participate in technical design reviews
  • Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and automated tests
  • Identify and resolve defects and performance issues
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features
  • Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on full-stack development across modern web and backend technologies
  • Proven experience building scalable applications using Next.js, including both frontend interfaces and backend API routes
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, Node.js, and optionally Python, with a solid grasp of microservices architecture and API design
  • Familiarity with Headless CMS platforms, Digital Asset Management systems, and responsive front-end development
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience integrating applications into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and GitHub Actions
  • Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design for both SQL and NoSQL systems
  • Comfortable working in agile environments
  • Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset and proactive approach
