About the role

  • Support the Integrated Marketing Manager
  • Lead the development of strategic creative briefs
  • Oversee the execution and management of the integrated marketing calendar across all channels
  • Guide the development and localization of marketing assets, signage, events, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in home building, real estate, marketing or consumer-facing industries preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various communities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams
  • Resourceful and solution oriented
  • Leverage digital and analytical tools with confidence to drive insights and outcomes
  • Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer-facing industries is a plus
