About the role
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the post-close homeowner experience
- Build and deliver a unified homeowner portal that consolidates warranty, HOA information, community resources, referrals, and homeowner support
- Lead the development of an AI-powered warranty claims experience including intelligent intake, automated photo collection, instant agent decisioning, and direct-to-trade scheduling
- Design and deliver proactive case status communications
- Drive the development of scheduling workflows that coordinate between homeowners, VCCR reps, field teams, and trade partners
- Identify and build net-new revenue and margin opportunities within the post-close experience
- Define and own the metrics that matter
- Align multiple upstream and downstream teams on goals, metrics, rollout plans, and process changes
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5-10 years of Product Management experience, with demonstrated ownership of an end-to-end product area
- Experience building consumer-facing web or mobile products with a strong focus on UX/UI and user-centric design
- Proven ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Marketing
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to prioritize, evaluate, and communicate product decisions
- Experience with AI-powered products or automation workflows is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, warranty management systems, or customer service tooling is a plus
- Experience in homebuilding, real estate, or property management is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence
- Strategic thinker with the ability to operate independently, resolve ambiguity, and drive outcomes in a complex, fast-moving environment
- Bachelor's degree required
- Humble, hungry to make an impact, and proactive in taking initiative
