About the role

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, construction operations, Business Systems, and IT
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and data flows; translate operational needs into clear, detailed functional and technical requirements
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure integrations meet business requirements
  • Support production integrations by analyzing issues and coordinating resolution
  • Contribute to system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support modernization initiatives by helping define requirements for migrating legacy capabilities to cloud-based services
  • Collaborate with Business Systems, IT, Operations, and external partners to identify integration opportunities
  • Support configuration and enhancement of core construction systems
  • Evaluate in-house and third-party systems for integration feasibility
  • Lead or support automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Work with technical teams to ensure integrations support resilient design patterns
  • Define and validate data quality rules and business logic
  • Partner with IT to ensure logging, monitoring, alerting, and operational runbooks meet business support needs
  • Participate in UAT planning and execution, impact assessments, regression testing coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in ERP integration/support roles
  • Working knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP and/or Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1))
  • Strong understanding of APIs, REST/SOAP services, ETL/middleware concepts, and database integrations
  • Proficiency with SQL, XML/JSON, and data mapping or transformation concepts
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
