Analyze incoming invoices to determine if the charges are in line with the services provided per the PO
Provide financial insights and documentation to Lennar stakeholders
Collaborate with leadership teams to approve invoices pending in queue
Identify anomalies and inconsistencies on invoices and conduct investigations
Support Vendor Management and Treasury teams
Oversee monthly chargeback allocation process
Conduct monthly reconciliations of capital assets and depreciation schedules
Prepare and execute monthly data loads to the financial dashboard
Maintain and update the allocation database
Develop and upload journal entries for reclassifications and accruals
Identify gaps and redundancies in processes and initiate improvements
Drive financial projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or a related field preferred
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant accounting experience or education is required
Financial data analytical skills and experience in preparing high level reports from raw data
Intermediate Excel Skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s
PC Skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP Systems
General knowledge of AP\AR functions
Ability to multitask, excellent communication, and critical thinking skills
Strong project management skills are essential
