About the role

  • Conduct detailed ARR analysis by segments (markets, customer types, channels).
  • Monitor key B2B SaaS performance metrics (Churn, Upsell, Downsell, Expansion).
  • Explain Topline variations during monthly closings.
  • Act as a Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales & CSM teams.
  • Manage the full Sales & Marketing cost cycle.
  • Oversee Sales Commissions: calculate accruals and determine payout amounts.
  • Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
  • Track variances between forecasts and actuals to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Produce cross-functional reporting for our investment fund.
  • Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Board Packs and monthly performance reports.
  • Support the implementation of standard KPIs in an LBO environment.

Requirements

  • Ideally 4 to 6 years of experience. A background in Audit is strongly preferred for methodological rigor, complemented by experience in Controlling or FP&A.
  • Industry: Experience in B2B SaaS or the Tech sector is a strong advantage to understand recurring revenue dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with professional proficiency in English (international environment).
  • Autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
