About the role

  • Identify key KPIs for product quality
  • Test current and new products and identify weak points and the need for optimization
  • Maintain and update automation tests
  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems
  • Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
  • Collect quality data and identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other relevant field
  • Previous experience as a QA for 1 - 2 years
  • Previous experience with software QA tools and processes
  • Previous experience with a variety of different testing techniques, such as UI testing, automated testing, and test-driven development strategies
  • Previous experience with coding using JAVA, HTML5, DB2, XML
