About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reports to the Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition & HR Systems
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition function by sourcing, recruiting, screening, and selecting full-time and contingent (temp-to-hire) talent
  • Partners closely with the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute scalable recruiting strategies
  • Builds strong, trusted relationships with leaders across the organization
  • Thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment
  • Drives innovative recruiting strategies that strengthen and promote the Lendmark employer brand
  • Develops and maintains full-time and temp-to-perm candidate pipelines
  • Designs and executes targeted talent acquisition strategies
  • Leverages existing talent pools and integrates multiple sourcing approaches
  • Utilizes data, metrics, and business insights for strategic guidance
  • Shares and redeploys qualified candidates across teams
  • Collaborates with SVP for sustainable recruiting strategies
  • Manages high-volume recruiting efforts for both field and corporate roles
  • Plans and coordinates hiring events
  • Advises and consults on critical hiring decisions
  • Leads, manages, and develops direct reports
  • Maintains accurate documentation of all recruiting activities
  • Coaches hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices
  • Identifies, assesses, and manages potential hiring-related risks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable education or related training
  • 8+ years talent acquisition experience (recruiting & sourcing)
  • 8+ years’ experience with web-based talent searches and scheduling based software
  • 8+ years of Applicant Tracking System software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to travel as necessary to attend career fairs and hiring events
  • Experience sourcing contingent/contract labor
