About the role

  • Responsible for Infrastructure Design
  • Provide Engineered Infrastructure Solutions to Business and technical problems
  • Provide leadership with systems support for Active Directory, Citrix XenApp Farm, Technology Endpoints, Network, Azure Datacenter
  • Provide final level of support escalation from the Help Desk
  • Recommend, define, standardize, document, test and implement new software and hardware based on business requirements
  • Document, monitor, and report on systems issues
  • Lead appropriate IT staff and end-users to reproduce issues and resolve them

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable education/training
  • 5+ years of experience with recent versions of Citrix XenApp
  • 5+ years of experience with Active Directory support, DNS, DHCP and print services
  • 5+ years of experience creating, managing, and deploying Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Experience in Microsoft messaging platform (Exchange, Lync) and SharePoint support
  • Advanced Adaptability to fast changing environment
  • Experience with Networking Technology (Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, F5, etc.)
  • Independent Analytical Thinking
  • Advanced experience in installing, testing, evaluating and integrating various applications and 3rd party solutions into the virtual architecture
  • Extensive experience resolving network and/or system issues
  • Ability to lead a team on specific engineering projects and tasks
  • Advanced Attention to detail
