About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of Lendistry’s business lending platform.
- Manage specific products within the business lending platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine business requirements.
- Manage sprint planning activities and update Jira boards.
- Contribute to user and partner-facing features that enhance transparency and usability.
- Assist in vendor and partner integration projects, including testing support.
- Support user acceptance and quality assurance testing of new product features.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in technology, product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, or equivalent roles.
- Experience in financial services, lending technology, or credit operations preferred.
- Familiarity with API integrations, vendor platforms, and product testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other product management and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
- Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply insights to product improvements.
- Comfortable supporting Agile ceremonies and sprint planning activities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, compliance, and borrower experience.
- Passion for innovation in fintech and supporting small business lending solutions.
