About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Provide executive leadership over enterprise strategy execution, business operations, organizational transformation, and cross-functional initiatives
- Translate executive priorities into scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and measurable business outcomes
- Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives that improve business performance and enable sustainable growth
- Provide executive oversight of the Business Project Management Office (PMO)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Finance, or a related field required; Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.
- Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible experience in business operations, strategic planning, management consulting, operational excellence, project management, or organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of organizational governance, business operations, process improvement, and change management methodologies.
- Experience within financial services, lending, insurance, fintech, or consulting environments is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project portfolio management tools preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
