About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and evolve the operational core of Lendistry's compliance program
- Maintain the control library and evidence automation layer
- Build and maintain GRC dashboards and metrics
- Run the vendor risk management lifecycle
- Monitor regulatory change across SOC 2 criteria updates
- Support incident documentation and partner with the Data Privacy Officer
- Communicate clearly with non-GRC audiences
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in GRC, IT audit, information security risk, or compliance analysis
- Experience in fintech, banking, lending, SaaS, or another regulated industry
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, GLBA Safeguards Rule
- Familiarity with CCPA/CPRA and data handling obligations
- Hands-on experience with a GRC platform (Vanta, Drata, Hyperproof, AuditBoard, OneTrust, LogicGate, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills, ideally SQL
- Reporting and visualization experience
- Integrity and judgment in handling sensitive material
