About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead borrower acquisition, pipeline development, and counseling services for Project Home's disaster mortgage product
- Establish and manage an ecosystem of partners including builders, funders, and HUD-Certified Counselors
- Develop and execute comprehensive borrower engagement and customer pipeline strategy
- Ensure client satisfaction and verify borrowers have deep understanding of the product
- Manage engagement of 750-1,000 potential borrowers to achieve conversion goals
- Identify, recruit, and manage 3-4 HUD-certified housing counseling partners
- Create best-in-class training materials including Mortgage 101 and disaster product education
- Support leadership team in pre-briefings with policymakers, community leaders, and key organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending, housing counseling, or related homeownership programs
- Deep knowledge of mortgage products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing partner networks
- Experience designing and delivering financial education or housing counseling programs
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and external partners
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with disaster-affected populations with cultural competency and trauma-informed approach
- Proficiency with learning management systems and digital education platforms
