Owns medium-sized projects and features for the platform; begins influencing teams that consume the platform.
Lead the design and implementation of new platform features (e.g., adding support for a new model in AWS Bedrock).
Independently build and manage the platform's integrations with tools.
Optimize the platform for cost, performance, and scalability.
Mentor junior engineers on platform development best practices.
Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our low-code/no-code automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Tines).
Partner directly with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Analytics teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for AI-powered automation.
Implement and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for deploying AI integrations and automation workflows using tools like Terraform and native cloud services.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering role, with a strong focus on automation.
Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, with deep expertise in AWS and familiarity with Azure.
Proven experience working with managed AI services (e.g., AWS Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Azure AI Services, Google Vertex AI).
Demonstrated proficiency in administering and building complex workflows in at least one major low-code/no-code automation platform (Zapier, n8n, Tines.com, Make, etc.).
Strong scripting and programming skills, particularly in Python and/or Bash.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools, especially Terraform.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
