Key responsibilities & impact

Engage with members via phone, email, or chat to answer questions about their loan, clarify application details, and offer miscellaneous support.
Provide exceptional service to members by guiding them through financing options tailored to their needs.
Assist members with submitting various types of documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Review loan applications to assess eligibility with integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of customer service and/or back-office experience; lending or financial services preferred.
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Proficient in using computers and able to quickly navigate multiple programs, type with precision, and efficiently research/browse information.
Comfortable working with both customer-facing and operational tasks.
