About the role
- Shape and execute go-to-market approaches for new business areas
- Partner closely with sales to design and deliver account-based marketing initiatives
- Support the Sales team in maintaining and optimizing Hubspot
- Lead event marketing strategy with a focus on impact
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to define focused product positioning, messaging, and value propositions
- Develop targeted marketing assets to support account-based initiatives
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years at a Manager or Senior Manager level, within B2B environments
- Demonstrated success in partnering with sales to generate demand and drive revenue growth
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot is required
- Experience in B2B enterprise marketing with a small, defined customer base, or experience on a lean marketing team
- Solid copywriting skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, distributed team environment
- You must be a current Canadian resident to be considered for this role
