Create real leverage for senior Technology leadership — improving the quality of analysis, sharpening initiative visibility, and ensuring the CTO's time is focused on what matters most.
Produce executive-quality analysis, reporting and communications with minimal CTO input.
Drive the Engineering operating rhythm — Quarterly Planning, initiative tracking, and leadership forums.
Identify and act on opportunities to optimise Engineering costs, supplier value and organisational productivity.
Accelerate adoption of AI tools and workflows across the CTO Office and Engineering.

Requirements

Rigorous data analytics and spreadsheet modelling — you can extract, clean and interpret data from disparate sources and turn it into clear, actionable recommendations.
Excellent written communication — you produce executive-ready materials independently, and your reports are clear, factual and concise.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills — you build trust quickly, engage senior leaders without overstepping, and chase inputs without creating friction.
Advanced, practical adoption of AI tools — you use AI to move faster and work smarter.
Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity — you don't need hand-holding, you ask good questions, and you know when to escalate.
Exceptional discretion — you'll handle confidential information about organisation design, talent, supplier contracts, cost data and executive priorities.
