About the role

  • Take ownership across a broad remit.
  • Work in small teams of exceptional people.
  • Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI.
  • Get proprietary credit models into production.
  • Design and build automations that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Use data to develop valuable initiatives that improve credit quality and reduce losses.
  • Implement intelligent solutions using LLMs for customer service.
  • A/B test customer journeys to enhance conversion and satisfaction.
  • Improve post-origination experiences, including payments and support.
  • Lead and motivate team members while enhancing tools and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product, Strategy, or Analytics - at least 2 in a product management role.
  • 3+ years in fintech, financial services, or a strong grasp of lending and credit.
  • You’re a highly curious, systems thinker who connects dots and thinks through end-to-end impact.
  • You've built with AI - agents, workflows, code generation, analysis. Show us what.
  • Track record of shipping products that moved real business metrics.
  • Comfortable with data and SQL - you know what questions to ask, and you answer them yourself.
  • Bonus: high-growth startup or scale-up experience.
