Key responsibilities & impact

Perform or oversee duties of preventive maintenance and project management for construction, repair, and remodeling projects
Manage vendor selection and contracting processes
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching employees
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Certified Facility Manager preferred
Risk management background preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business development, or related major
Associate degree or related experience and/or training
3 years of work-related experience
1 year of supervisory experience
Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree
OSHA 40 certification and other Technical Certifications
Experience in facilities risk assessments
Budgeting experience, writing reports, spreadsheets, and experience in Gantt Charts
