About the role
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in partnership with Product, Development, and Implementation teams.
- Define and embed UI/UX processes into our SDLC.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
- Design and modernise user interface elements (menus, widgets, navigation, search, etc.).
- Build mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and style.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design cycles.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (responsiveness, accessibility, usability).
- Conduct user feedback sessions and translate insights into design improvements.
- Support the long-term migration from WPF to web-based platforms.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in UI/UX design, ideally in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or complex product environments.
- Hands-on experience with web-based frameworks (namely React and Blazor).
- Previous experience in C# WPF applications would be a significant bonus.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
- Entrepreneurial, curious, and delivery-focused with excellent time management.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
