Customer Success Manager

• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of post-implementation clients, building long-term, trusted relationships.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess account health and product usage.
• Proactively identify risks, expansion opportunities, and improvement areas within client accounts.
• Partner with Implementation and Delivery to ensure a seamless transition into Customer Success post go-live.
• Drive product adoption through tailored success plans, training, and user enablement activities.
• Monitor key onboarding milestones and ensure clients are set up for long-term success.
• Understand the client’s strategic goals and align LemonEdge’s features to support those objectives.
• Identify expansion or upsell opportunities and partner with the Commercial Team to execute growth plans.
• Track usage trends and generate insights to inform client engagement strategies.
• Act as the voice of the customer within LemonEdge, ensuring issues are surfaced and addressed promptly.
• Escalate critical support or product feedback to the appropriate teams (Product, Engineering, Support).
• Create and maintain Success Plans for each client, including key contacts, goals, milestones, and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of activity and engagement in the CRM and Customer Success platform.

Product Designer

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in partnership with Product, Development, and Implementation teams.
• Define and embed UI/UX processes into our SDLC.
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
• Design and modernise user interface elements (menus, widgets, navigation, search, etc.).
• Build mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and style.
• Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design cycles.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (responsiveness, accessibility, usability).
• Conduct user feedback sessions and translate insights into design improvements.
• Support the long-term migration from WPF to web-based platforms.

UI/UX Developer – Designer

Pre-sales Engineer

• Partner with Account Executives to understand client business needs, technical environments, and investment operations workflows.
• Build out client’s complex accounting use cases into the LemonEdge platform for in-depth proof of concepts lasting from an hour to multiple days.
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to CFOs, COOs, CTOs, and investment teams.
• Demonstrate proof-of-concept solutioning and delivery inclusive of system configuration, data migration and report building as required.
• Create solution proposals, technical documentation, and ROI cases that articulate business value.
• Work closely with Product and Implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
• Assist in the production of standardized solutions for different industry vertical problem areas to assist sales team members in scaling demonstrations.
• Support marketing initiatives (webinars, events, RFP responses, whitepapers) by providing product and domain expertise.
• Engage directly with prospects to win new clients and ensure a smooth transition into implementation.
• Hands-on, client-facing, highly consultative role; travel to clients required.

Pre-Sales Consultant, Individual Contributor

Account Executive

• Develop a robust new logo pipeline across the US through outbound outreach, campaigns, and network development
• Manage full-cycle enterprise deals from discovery to close, focused on $250K–$750K ACV contracts
• Run value-driven sales cycles with Finance, Ops, Tech, and C-suite stakeholders, particularly CFO/COO/CTO
• Lead product demos and business case presentations to communicate LemonEdge’s unique value proposition
• Navigate enterprise buying cycles, including compliance, InfoSec, legal, and budgeting procedures
• Serve as market-facing voice in the US, bringing feedback into Product, Marketing, and Sales strategy discussions
• Use Pipedrive (or similar CRM) to manage pipeline, document deal movement, and deliver accurate weekly forecasting and activity tracking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Product, Delivery, and the executive team on key pursuits
• Represent the brand at North American industry events, prospect roundtables, and FinTech forums
• Report to VP of Sales / President and help define LemonEdge’s commercial growth in the US
• Target large private capital clients and run complex enterprise deal cycles to support revenue expansion and enterprise client acquisition

Enterprise Account Executive

QA Automation Engineer

• Work collaboratively in an agile SDLC: work closely with product, development and implementation teams as part of driving a whole-team approach to ensuring high-quality software.
• Understand product direction and work in alignment with the quality strategy: learn the product, understand and execute tests across key functional areas.
• Develop automated tests within a .net ecosystem, integrated into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to manual QA activities as required: analyse user stories, design and execute tests against acceptance criteria, raise and manage defects.
• Execute tests in CI/CD pipelines: run tests in build pipelines, preferably azure pipelines.
• Occasionally travel to clients as required.

Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

• Own and execute the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract execution.
• Develop and execute a focused territory plan for EMEA, aligned with company strategy.
• Build pipeline through cold outreach, campaigns, events, referrals, and partner channels — generating 70%+ of opportunities yourself.
• Create multi-threaded relationships across prospects, engaging both operational and executive stakeholders.
• Lead discovery sessions, demos, and value propositions tailored to enterprise client pain points.
• Navigate complex sales cycles involving compliance, procurement, legal, and multi-departmental review.
• Maintain rigorous sales discipline using Pipedrive — keeping deal stages, forecasts, activity logs, and pipeline hygiene accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams — including Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Support — to align solutions with customer needs.
• Represent LemonEdge at high-impact industry events, conferences, and customer forums as a trusted voice in the market.
• Build and close a pipeline of 6–7 figure enterprise SaaS deals and hit KPIs (e.g., New Logo ARR £1.2M+, Average Deal Size £200k–£500k ACV, Sales Cycle 6–9 months).

Cloud Engineer

• Collaborate with the development team to establish strong DevOps processes and deliver against the architecture and design of the LemonEdge platform and industry-specific solutions.
• Work closely with the Development team to envision, model, and deliver high-quality infrastructure and product solutions.
• Implement, support, and evolve infrastructure across multiple cloud providers (focus on Azure, but supporting AWS and, potentially, others), driving migration toward more scalable and resilient solutions.
• Champion best practices across development and infrastructure, ensuring clarity, simplicity, and maintainability.
• Research and recommend new technologies to strengthen our SaaS platform and accelerate development workflows (for example, migration to Kubernetes).
• Interact with client technology teams to explain, support and roll-out our infrastructure.
• Play a vital part in migrating our infrastructure to more scalable solutions that support our long-term growth.
• Temporarily report into the CTO and partner with cloud engineering to enhance the SaaS offering.
