About the role

  • Manage and develop relationships with partners from onboarding to launch and beyond; act as main point of contact and coordinate changes.
  • Serve as first line of defence for outsourced activities; work closely with Risk, Compliance and Outsourcing to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory standards are met.
  • Collaborate closely with Go-to-Market, Product, Brokerage and Operations to improve product and services and enhance product-market fit.
  • Qualify, calculate and validate business cases to support partner product expansion and steer related processes.
  • Build and design processes, framework and standards for the Partner Management function.
  • Report directly to VP Brokerage and partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Compliance, Legal and Outsourcing.
  • Embrace strong writing culture and proactively share knowledge and partner insights.

Requirements

  • Experience working in the financial sector (Brokerage Firm, Bank or Fintech).
  • Experience in managing business partnerships and building strong relationships (backgrounds such as Business Analysis, Strategy Consulting, Project Management, or Onboarding Management are relevant).
  • Ability to build long-term partnerships and understand partners’ long-term ambitions and ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills; ability to build trustful relationships and handle difficult conversations.
  • Hands-on experience setting up and working on cross-functional projects; coordinating multiple work streams and stakeholders.
  • Exposure to outsourcing and vendor management, including defining and managing SLAs.
  • Ability to cope with ambiguity and uncertainty; manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying organized.
  • Knowledge of solid and robust compliance processes and regulatory guardrails.
  • Strong ownership mentality and intrinsic motivation to take initiative.
