- Own engineering outcomes and operational health in your domain

Requirements
- Profound technical leadership experience as Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering
- Led and grown backend-heavy teams in a fast-paced environment
- Brokerage, payment, or financial services experience ideally in Fintech
- Solid experience with API-first, cloud-based architectures
- Ability to read and review well-structured, tested modern code
- Deep understanding of software development processes and their failure modes
- An empathic leader that can inspire others
- Intrinsic motivation to understand the product and business side
