About the role
- Design Lemon.io, making it the best talent marketplace on the market.
- Own design projects from conception to delivery, collaborating with Product team and Engineering
- Design and improve existing products: Talent portal, CRM (yes, we have custom CRM), Client portal, and more
- Improve design processes
- Champion quick wins and impactful improvements
- Set the bar for design quality and the culture for how design works at Lemon
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product design (web-focused)
- A track record of working in a fast-paced product environment
- You enjoy complex web products, internal tools, and B2B workflows
- Portfolio showcasing successful product work that you are proud of
- Ability to simplify complicated user journeys into intuitive experiences
- Solid Figma skills and confidence working with design systems
- Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for perfect specs to start building things
- Product thinking: you want to understand the problem and the user, not just “do tasks”
- You can communicate in English
- Bonus: you worked for B2B products before
- Extra bonus: you worked with marketplaces
- Extra extra bonus: you worked with products for engineers.
