Run direct payroll operations for various international legal entities (including US, Canada, Nigeria and UK), ensuring accurate and timely processing in compliance with company policies and local tax and labour regulations
Oversee EOR payroll (e.g. for France, China, Philippines) in partnership with Deel and local vendors
Support administration of global employee benefits programs (e.g. healthcare, pensions), ensuring accuracy, compliance and integration with payroll
Ensure correct taxation of payroll and benefits according to country-specific regulations
Ensure timely statutory filings with appropriate government authorities
