• We're looking for a strategic and operations-focused intern to help drive the growth and optimization of Leland+, our asynchronous learning platform.
• In this role, you'll be at the forefront of content strategy, AI automation, and product development, helping us build the most personalized learning experience in the market. • What you'll be doing:
• Build AI-powered automations to eliminate manual workflows and boost efficiency
• Manage content submissions from experts and streamline the intake process
• Conduct content audits, identify curriculum gaps, and develop strategic recommendations
• Create data-driven strategies to increase coach engagement, content quality, and content submission rates
• Help build AI tools, personalized courses, and resources that make Leland+ best-in-class
• Your skills & experience:
• Previous internship experience in Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Product, EdTech, or AI/ML applications
• Experience with content management, workflow automation, or AI tool implementation
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to conduct audits and gap analyses
• Data analytics experience to drive strategic decisions and process optimization
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Interest in AI/ML applications, especially in content creation or educational technology
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution abilities
