About the role

  • Support and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile (correspondence, networking, outreach).
  • Execute sales outreach via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Conduct recruitment outreach on LinkedIn, targeting IT specialists.
  • Create and manage job postings for IT specialists and handle incoming applications.
  • Arrange and coordinate social/interview meetings with candidates.

Requirements

  • Native-level or fluent German (required) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident and professional communicator on LinkedIn with an engaging style.
  • Structured, independent, and proactive working approach.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones (South Africa / Germany).
