About the role
- Support and manage the CEO’s LinkedIn profile (correspondence, networking, outreach).
- Execute sales outreach via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Conduct recruitment outreach on LinkedIn, targeting IT specialists.
- Create and manage job postings for IT specialists and handle incoming applications.
- Arrange and coordinate social/interview meetings with candidates.
Requirements
- Native-level or fluent German (required) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident and professional communicator on LinkedIn with an engaging style.
- Structured, independent, and proactive working approach.
- Comfortable working across different time zones (South Africa / Germany).
