About the role

  • Content Creation from A to Z: You plan, shoot, and edit compelling Reels and short videos on location at our clients’ sites (or in our office).
  • Storytelling: You write captivating captions that not only inform but also evoke emotion.
  • Trend Scouting: You spot the latest social media trends before they go viral and know how to adapt them appropriately for hospitality brands.
  • Tool Expertise: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, and common AI tools (such as ChatGPT) are part of your daily toolkit.
  • Ownership: You work independently, contribute your own ideas, and proactively implement them.

Requirements

  • Social Media DNA: You’re at home on social platforms and know exactly which content performs.
  • Eye for Detail: You have a strong aesthetic sensibility, especially for hospitality and lifestyle topics.
  • Hands-on Mentality: You love being behind the camera and capturing the perfect moment.
  • Creativity & Language: You are inventive and have excellent German language skills (and ideally English).
  • Flexibility, reliability, passion, and attention to detail.
  • Sense for language & writing confidence.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, and a keen sense for content, tone, and design.
  • Driving license class B.
