About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support data-driven decision-making by collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex information
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, gaps, anomalies, risks, and potential integrity concerns
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, graphs, and other visual products
Conduct research using government databases, internal data systems, and OSINT resources
Prepare executive summaries, investigative reports, briefing materials, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership
Perform quality assurance reviews and audits of work products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, program managers, analysts, investigators, and organizational leadership
Independently manage assigned projects, establish priorities, and monitor timelines

Requirements

What you’ll need

U.S. Citizenship required
Secret clearance or ability to obtain one
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Expertise using Microsoft Power BI
Experience analyzing large and complex datasets
Strong technical writing skills
Knowledge of open-source intelligence (OSINT) research methodologies
Experience conducting quality assurance reviews, compliance audits, or performance evaluations
