About the role

Perform design reviews of civil/structural design components in support of bid/construction packages for substation projects
Function as a senior engineer leading projects
Perform design reviews and develop junior staff members
Conduct site-visits to client substation facilities and occasional travel for client meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors of Science (BS) degree in Civil-Structural Engineering
5+ years of relevant experience, or Masters (MS) with 3+ years of relevant experience
PE License required
SE licensure is preferred
Experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint & MATHCAD software
Experience with STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, RISA 3D, FAD, SAG10, and LPile software
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MicroStation required
Strong analytical and technical writing skills
Team player with ability to communicate with clients and staff
