About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain performance metrics to track progress, compliance, and outcomes for FAA programs and offices.
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making and performance improvement.
Ensure accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data used for analysis and reporting.
Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations.
Use data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView to create interactive and user-friendly reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and design solutions that communicate key insights effectively.
Research industry best practices and provide recommendations for improving program management, data analysis, and reporting practices.
Support program and project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Prepare executive-level project briefings, decision memos, and reports that clearly communicate program status, risks, and recommendations.
Develop, review, and edit technical documentation, project reports, and executive correspondence.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, PowerApps, and Power Automate to design dashboards, automate workflows, and present analytical data.
Demonstrated experience in data analysis, statistical monitoring and reporting.
Strong Technical Writing skills, with ability to draft clear, concise and accurate reports and presentations.
Proven ability to produce and communicate high quality Executive presentations and communications, including drafting reports, memos, or responses for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and propose solutions.
