About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support timesheet processing, audit requests, status reporting, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Monitor timesheets to ensure they are submitted and approved in a timely manner.
  • Assist employees with timesheet questions and issues related to the recording of hours.
  • Perform timecard corrections of varying complexity.
  • Track and report timesheet discrepancies, and recommend actions to resolve them.
  • Review and analyze pay data and resolve pay-related questions.
  • Research and analyze errors, trace them to their root cause, and drive them to resolution.
  • Maintain process documentation and recommend updates to procedures.
  • Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma combined with 4+ years of timesheet administration or time-charging experience
  • Must have Deltek Vantagepoint experience
  • Prior experience in a government contracting environment
  • Strong working knowledge of time-charging policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
  • Deltek Time & Expense (T&E) Experience
  • Experience working in a high-volume payroll or shared services environment
  • Working knowledge of standard business tools, including Microsoft Office
  • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
