About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, tracking, and reporting across programs supporting the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State
lead all aspects of program financial management, including the monthly close process, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and financial reporting
drive key financial initiatives from planning through execution
significant interface with the Program Operation Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations
implement financial policies and procedures in support of the program
establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, develop schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), budgets, and assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management
provide data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews
prepare written and verbal reports to senior leadership regarding cost schedule variances

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance
At least 2 years of prior experience as a team lead / finance manager
Defense contract industry experience with extensive knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts
Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills
US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
