About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a federal customer within CISA
  • Work with the Program Manager to establish vision and direction for cyber resources and operations
  • Responsible for financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the contract
  • Act as PM in the PM’s absence
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
  • Manage contractor personnel issues and performance
  • Liaise with sub-contractor representatives
  • Lead, direct, and review the work of a large team of cyber technical and PMO professionals
  • Manage the hiring/onboarding/offboarding process for contractor personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field
  • 12-15 years prior relevant experience
  • PMI PMP certification
  • Strong experience with Service Now
  • Demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cybersecurity and network issues
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of own area on policies, practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience mentoring staff
  • Five+ years experience managing medium/large projects/programs
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Candidates are required to obtain a CISA Entry on Duty (EOD) approval
