About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a federal customer within CISA
Work with the Program Manager to establish vision and direction for cyber resources and operations
Responsible for financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the contract
Act as PM in the PM’s absence
Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems/issues/risks
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
Manage contractor personnel issues and performance
Liaise with sub-contractor representatives
Lead, direct, and review the work of a large team of cyber technical and PMO professionals
Manage the hiring/onboarding/offboarding process for contractor personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cyber, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field
12-15 years prior relevant experience
PMI PMP certification
Strong experience with Service Now
Demonstrated capabilities to analyze highly complex cybersecurity and network issues
Demonstrated ability to influence others outside of own area on policies, practices and procedures
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Experience mentoring staff
Five+ years experience managing medium/large projects/programs
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Candidates are required to obtain a CISA Entry on Duty (EOD) approval
