About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, design, and pilot transitioning existing solutions supporting SDLC, security, and operational processes to the ServiceNow platform
- Establish technical foundation and reference implementations for hybrid solutions
- Perform hands-on development and coordinate rollout of new solutions
- Evaluate newly available offerings from vendors to implement additional capabilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with ServiceNow setup and administration
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and the platform API
- Combination of technical knowledge and soft skills for introducing, designing, implementing, and supporting solutions in the ServiceNow platform for Federal or public sector organizations
- Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow SPM application
- Experience implementing hybrid solutions using ServiceNow API
- Knowledge of project management and configuration management processes
